Swimming among the hills of Chianti in Tuscany in Monaciano

Swimming in a pool is always pleasant but when one is immersed in the tranquil waters of a country house, it becomes possible to admire the surrounding Tuscan hills decorated by the patterns of Chianti vineyards and olive groves.

The Monaciano Estate has two pools panoramically positioned among the hills of Chianti and both privately situated among olive groves. Their borders are made of cotto ceramic tiles and are furnished with sun beds, umbrellas and other outdoor furnishings.

One pool is located at the Poggio Estate measuring 7 x 15 meters, the other at Monacianello measuring 4,5 x 9 meters. Both are open during summer months. The pool at the Poggio Estate also has changing rooms and showering facilities. It can be used by the guests staying at the Montalbano and Piturniella apartments.
